C&H Meat Company started in 1982 as a retail meat market located at 945 Market Street in San Francisco, CA. Founded and operated by James K. Cho, it originated under the name, C.H. Meat & Deli. With the rise of Korean culture and food, C&H Meat Company became a prominent supplier of many of the local Korean restaurants and markets in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Additionally, we are happy to share the tastes of Mama Cho’s BBQ at our newest restaurant venture located at the Lake Chabot Public Market in Castro Valley, CA.
